For most small offices, business fiber (AT&T, Verizon, Frontier) is the best pick — symmetrical speed, an SLA and static-IP options. Where fiber isn't available, business cable works, and a no-contract 5G line makes an excellent backup. Size the plan to your team and always plan for failover.
