Hostinger vs Bluehost: is Hostinger better?

Hostinger wins the first bill. Bluehost wins slightly at renewal. Which matters more depends on how long you'll keep the site.

The short answer

Hostinger is cheaper to start ($2.99/mo on a 4-year prepay) and is often rated faster. Bluehost renews a little cheaper ($9.99 vs $10.99 a month on a 3-year term), needs a shorter prepay and gives you 10 sites on its entry plan against Hostinger's 3. If you want the lowest bill now, pick Hostinger; if you'll keep the site for many years with several sites, Bluehost edges it.
