Our verdict

Ziply Fiber Business is the small-business side of Ziply Fiber, the Northwest fiber company Bell Canada (BCE) bought in August 2025. It sells four symmetrical fiber plans to small businesses: 300/300 Mbps, 500/500 (which Ziply labels best value), Fiber Gig and Fiber 2 Gig, with faster speeds by phone. None needs an annual contract, installation is free through October 31, 2026, and Ziply will buy out a current contract up to $200.

Ziply doesn't publish business prices; they appear after you enter your address. Compare the quote against Comcast Business and Spectrum Business, which are the usual alternatives in its area, and remember that Ziply's uploads match its downloads on every fiber plan, which cable plans don't.

What it lacks on the shared plans is a contractual uptime guarantee and round-the-clock support. Static IPs are an add-on you order by phone, and the 99.999% SLA comes only with Ziply's dedicated Ethernet service on a term agreement. For an office in its fiber footprint that wants fast, symmetrical internet without a contract, it's one of the better small-business options in the Northwest. See business vs. residential internet and static IPs and SLAs explained before you order.

Which Ziply plan fits your office

Ziply suggests 300/300 for small offices or a single user with 6–8 devices, and 500/500, which it calls best value, for offices with frequent video calls or cloud-based work. Fiber Gig and Fiber 2 Gig are for busier offices moving large files, and faster speeds are available by quote. Because every plan is symmetrical, a 300/300 plan uploads ten times faster than a typical 300 Mbps cable plan, which matters for cloud backups, VoIP and video meetings.

Who Ziply Fiber Business is for

  • Small offices, shops and clinics in Ziply's fiber areas of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
  • Businesses that upload a lot: cloud apps, backups, video calls, security cameras.
  • Anyone stuck in a cable contract; Ziply covers up to $200 of the buyout.

Who should look elsewhere

  • Businesses that need a written uptime guarantee on a budget plan. Ziply's SLA is on dedicated Ethernet only; see dedicated internet explained.
  • Offices that need 24/7 support; business support is weekdays 8am–5pm Pacific.
  • Addresses on Ziply DSL rather than fiber, and companies with sites outside the Northwest.
