Our verdict

T-Mobile Business Internet is the easiest business connection to buy: a gateway arrives, you plug it in and you're online. Small Business Grow starts at $35/mo with AutoPay and a voice line for businesses under 10 employees, Business Advanced starts at $50/mo, and 5G Business Internet without a voice line starts at $70/mo. The $35 price needs a T-Mobile business voice line; see how its CoreMobile, ProMobile and SuperMobile plans compare in our best business phone plans guide, or read our T-Mobile business phone plans review.

Both carry a 5-Year Price Guarantee, and T-Mobile will cover up to $800 of your old provider's termination or switching costs. Speeds depend on signal and tower congestion, and there's no hard uptime SLA on the standard plans.

It works as a primary line where fiber or cable hasn't reached, and as one of the best failover options behind a wired connection.

What else T-Mobile Business offers

Backup plan

Small Business Internet Backup is $20/mo with AutoPay, gateway included, for businesses that already have a wired line. It includes 130 GB a month, then slows to 600 Kbps, and there's a $35 device connection charge at sign-up.

Static IP and filtering

Static IPs are available on business plans; availability and price depend on the plan. T-Mobile turns on a business content filter by default, which you can ask to have removed.

Larger sites

For multi-location businesses, T-Mobile sells a managed 5G Business Internet service with installation, a monitoring dashboard and security options such as firewall and Zero Trust access, plus pooled backup plans shared across locations.

SuperBroadband (5G + Starlink)

For sites that can't go offline, T-Mobile sells SuperBroadband, which pairs its 5G with Starlink as a second connection path. It's the only T-Mobile business internet service with a financially backed uptime guarantee: 99.99%, with a credit of 20% of the base monthly price for an outage of 4.3 minutes or more. Power outages and the switchover between 5G and Starlink don't count. It needs both T-Mobile 5G and Starlink coverage at your address, it's sold through T-Mobile's business team rather than at a published price, and it may require a contract. Compare it with a separate wired line plus a backup in our business failover guide.

Who it's for

Shops, restaurants, pop-ups and seasonal businesses that need to be online fast, and any office that wants a cheap failover line behind fiber or cable. It's a poor fit for large uploads or businesses that need an uptime SLA; compare AT&T Business Fiber or Comcast Business.

T-Mobile vs. cable: what you pay

T-Mobile's pitch is a price that doesn't move. Cable providers usually advertise a lower first-year price that rises when the promotion ends, so compare the cost over three years, not the first bill. See the full breakdown in T-Mobile Business Internet vs. Comcast Business.

T-Mobile prices from its business plan page, Oct 19, 2026. Cable prices vary by address; ask for the standard rate after the promotion in writing. The $35 price needs a business voice line, which costs extra; see our T-Mobile phone plans review.

What the 5-year price guarantee doesn't cover

The guarantee locks the price of fixed-wireless 5G internet data while you stay on an eligible plan. It doesn't cover taxes and fees, equipment or speed upgrades you choose, future wireless generations, limited-time promotions, per-use charges, third-party services or network management. The $35 bill credit stops if you cancel the voice line or change plans, so the guarantee alone doesn't keep you at $35.

Test it before you switch

  1. Check T-Mobile's business coverage map at your exact address.
  2. Set the gateway near a window and run speed tests in the morning, at lunch and in late afternoon over a few business days.
  3. Make a video call and a VoIP call at peak times and watch for drops.
  4. Keep your current line active until you're happy with the results.
  5. If outages would stop sales, keep T-Mobile as your backup line rather than your only one.

T-Mobile doesn't publish an uptime SLA for standard plans, and speeds can slow during congestion, with further slowing after 1.2TB a month. SuperBroadband, which pairs T-Mobile 5G with Starlink, includes a 99.99% uptime guarantee: a credit of 20% of the base monthly price for an outage of 4.3 minutes or more, claimed within 14 days. It needs both T-Mobile 5G and Starlink coverage at your address and may require a contract. On the account side, T-Mobile ranked highest among internet providers in J.D. Power's 2026 U.S. Telecom Digital Experience Study (695 out of 1,000), ahead of AT&T and Verizon.

Frequently asked

How much does T-Mobile Business Internet cost?

Small Business Grow starts at $35/mo with AutoPay and a voice line (for businesses under 10 employees). Business Advanced starts at $50/mo, and 5G Business Internet without a voice line starts at $70/mo. Taxes and fees are extra.

Is there a price guarantee?

Yes. T-Mobile offers a 5-Year Price Guarantee on its business internet plans.

Does it offer a static IP or SLA?

A static IP is available as an upgrade on select business-grade routers. Standard plans are best-effort over 5G, with no hard uptime SLA; SuperBroadband (5G + Starlink) includes a 99.99% uptime guarantee paid as a 20% bill credit.

Will T-Mobile pay my early termination fee?

T-Mobile offers up to $800 toward early termination or switching costs from your previous provider, paid as bill credits.

How fast is it?

Speeds depend on signal and tower congestion. All unlimited plans use the same 5G network; plans differ by features and support rather than speed.

Does T-Mobile have a business backup internet plan?

Yes. Small Business Internet Backup is $20/mo with AutoPay, gateway included. It includes 130 GB a month, then slows to 600 Kbps, with a $35 device connection charge at sign-up.

Is there a contract?

No. Plans are month to month with no annual contract, so you can cancel any month. The 5-Year Price Guarantee is not a contract.

Do I pay for equipment?

A business-grade Wi-Fi 7 gateway is included with no monthly equipment fee. There is a one-time $35 device connection charge at sign-up.

How long does setup take?

The gateway ships free with 2-day shipping, and self-setup takes about 15 minutes using the Inseego Go app. Professional installation is available on select plans if you want hands-off help.

Is there a data cap?

Unlimited plans have no data cap. During network congestion, entry plans can be slowed before other customers, with further slowing past 1.2 TB in a month.

Who can get Small Business Grow?

Small Business Grow is for businesses with fewer than 10 employees. Larger teams should look at Business Advanced or the standalone 5G Business Internet plan.

How do I check if it is available at my business?

Availability depends on signal at your exact address, and some addresses qualify only for 4G LTE rather than 5G, so check by address before you order. You can also see every provider at your address to compare wired options.

Is it good enough as my only internet?

For a small office with a strong signal, yes. If you run constant video calls, large uploads or point-of-sale systems that cannot go down, use wired fiber such as AT&T Business Fiber as the main line and T-Mobile as backup internet.

T-Mobile vs. Verizon Business Internet: which is better?

Both sell 5G business internet with no annual contract. T-Mobile usually starts lower and covers more areas with 5G; Verizon can be stronger in some cities. Compare both in our Verizon Business review.

Does T-Mobile have business internet for larger companies or multiple locations?

Yes. Small Business Grow is for teams under 10 employees, and T-Mobile sells Business Internet to companies with up to 1,000 employees, plus enterprise fixed wireless for larger organizations. Multi-site accounts get the T-Platform dashboard to manage every location, and T-Mobile offers installation services for bigger deployments.

Can T-Mobile Business Internet work for pop-up or temporary locations?

Yes. Because it runs over the cellular network with no cable to install, T-Mobile markets it for transitional, temporary and pop-up sites as well as permanent offices. For a site that moves often, also look at T-Mobile AWAY.

What security is included?

The business gateway has a built-in firewall, VPN and content filtering. Select plans add advanced cybersecurity and 24/7 dedicated support.

Can I set up guest Wi-Fi or cover a bigger space?

Yes. You can run separate business and guest Wi-Fi networks, and add up to 3 mesh nodes as an upgrade to extend coverage. Remote management of the network is also available as an upgrade, which helps businesses with more than one location.
