Which number to call

Use 833-949-0036 if you're already a customer, whatever the problem. Use 855-860-9068 only to start new service. If you're shopping, Spectrum Internet starts at $30/mo; our Spectrum review covers what that price includes and what it rises to after 12 months.

Have the account holder's name, the service address and your account number ready. The account number is on your bill and in the My Spectrum app.

Spectrum's U.S.-based support claim

Spectrum says it is the only provider offering 24/7/365, 100% U.S.-based phone support for all customers, and that T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T and Frontier don't offer 24/7 phone support for account, billing and technical questions across all products. Cancelling or switching
