Verizon Fios promo codes: what actually works
Coupon sites list dozens of Fios codes. Almost none of them change what you pay each month. Here's where the real savings are.
There's no public promo code that lowers the Fios monthly price. The savings that work are the sign-up gift card on 500 Mbps and faster, a verified Those Who Serve discount for military, first responders, nurses and teachers, a student discount, and an employer discount through Verizon Connections. Those Who Serve is limited to one per account and can't be combined with Verizon Connections.

Prices are with AutoPay and include taxes and fees. Gift cards are for new customers and have to be redeemed after installation. Offers change often, so check the current amount at checkout.
Why most "promo codes" don't work
Fios checkout applies offers automatically based on the plan, your address and whether you're a new customer. There's rarely a box where a code changes the monthly price. Most coupon-site "codes" link to the same public offers, or to Verizon mobile deals that have nothing to do with Fios.
Discounts that do work
- Those Who Serve. Military members and veterans, first responders, nurses and teachers can verify eligibility and get a monthly Fios discount. Verizon allows one Those Who Serve discount per account, and it can't be combined with Verizon Connections.
- Students. Verizon offers a monthly Fios discount to enrolled college students after verification.
- Verizon Connections. If your employer, school district or state has a deal with Verizon, you may get a discount through Verizon Connections.
- Gift cards. The most valuable sign-up offer is usually the Amazon gift card on 1 Gig and faster: $50 on 1 Gig, $100 on 2 Gig, $200 on 5 Gig. Gift card offers from every provider.
- Switching credit. Leaving a provider that charges a cancellation fee? Verizon advertises up to $500 in credit toward it. How to switch providers.

What changed in September 2026
Verizon moved Fios to new flat-rate plans on September 3, 2026. If you change your Fios service on or after that date, you move to the new plans and the $15/mo Mobile + Home discount ends. Customers who bought a plan before September 3 can keep, or still enroll in, the Mobile + Home discount as long as they don't change plans.
That makes it worth checking before you change speeds: on an older plan with the $15 discount, an upgrade can cost more than the price difference suggests.
The new plans come with a price guarantee for new and existing customers: 3 years on 300 and 500 Mbps, 5 years on 1 Gig and faster. It covers the base monthly rate only, not discounts or perks. Fios plans and guarantees.

Is there a Verizon Fios promo code?

Can I combine Fios discounts?
Only one Those Who Serve discount per account, and it can't be combined with Verizon Connections. The AutoPay discount is separate and already reflected in advertised prices.
Does Verizon still give $15 off Fios with a phone plan?
Only on Fios plans bought before September 3, 2026. If you change your Fios service on or after that date, you move to the new flat-rate plans and the Mobile + Home discount ends.
Do existing Fios customers get the gift card?
No. Gift cards are for new customers ordering eligible plans.
