How to cancel Frontier internet
Frontier, now part of Verizon, cancels by phone. Here's what to have ready and how to return the router.
Call Frontier at 1-800-921-8101 and ask to cancel. Frontier Fiber plans have no annual contract, so there is no cancellation fee; some older DSL plans and bundles had terms. Ask for the end date and router return instructions, and keep the shipping receipt.

Return the router the way Frontier tells you on the call, usually with a prepaid label. Keep the tracking number until the final bill is clear.
